  • 2 teaspoons Masaman curry paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1.5 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing all marinade ingredients together and coating the chicken pieces. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
