  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup dry white apple vinegar (or chicken broth)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 thick slices of French or Italian bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread garlic butter on each slice of bread and bake on a baking sheet for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  2. Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes, then add seasoned shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and vinegar (or broth), simmer for 1-2 minutes, then stir in lemon juice.
  4. Return shrimp to skillet, toss with sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve with warm garlic bread.
