  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 12 oz mini Reese's (chopped)
  • Chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in peanut butter and milk; set aside.
  2. In another bowl, whip cold heavy cream with vanilla, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Layer the dessert: start with cheesecake mixture in trifle cups, add chopped Reese's and drizzle with chocolate sauce, then top with whipped cream. Repeat layers.
  4. Finish with whipped cream on top and garnish with half a mini Reese's. Refrigerate before serving.
