  • 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef in soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat; cook marinated beef for 2-3 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
