  • ¼ cup water
  • 1½ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Use edible markers to decorate mini vegan vegan marshmallows with ghost faces.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix water, cocoa, and sugar. Heat for 40 seconds and stir until smooth.
