  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • sesame seeds for garnish
  • chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak by mixing it with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
