  • 28oz can crushed tomatoes

  • 5 oz fresh baby spinach
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi in salted boiling water until they float; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté onion until softened.
