  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup chopped Oreo cookies
  • 1.5 quarts Cookies and Cream ice cream (softened)
  • 2 cups whipped cream (for topping)
  • Additional chopped Oreo cookies (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually mix in flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour in milk until smooth.
  4. Fold in chopped Oreo cookies gently.
  5. Divide batter between pans and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
  6. Layer one cake on a plate, spread softened ice cream over it, then top with the second layer.
  7. Spread whipped cream on top and garnish with more Oreos.
  8. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
