  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • sour cream
  • green onions
  • diced tomatoes
  • sliced black olives
  • chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub and pierce potatoes with a fork; rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
  4. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned; drain fat and add taco seasoning.
  5. Cut slits in baked potatoes and fill with seasoned beef; top with cheese.
