Ingredients

  • 16 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper; drain excess fat and cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, ground beef, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
