- 16 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper; drain excess fat and cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, ground beef, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
