  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon allspice
  • ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in the egg and apple cider until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon.
